Great location and comfortable stay

My stay included a free upgrade to a room with a canal view. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items. The location was close to many restaurants. I also found it easy to reach from the train station by ferry.
The minibar prices were a little high. I would have liked a more affordable option for drinks and snacks.

The room contained a comfortable bed and modern decor. The bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower. Air conditioning worked very well. It maintained a consistent temperature.

Breakfast provided a wide array of choices. There were fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes available. The dining area was clean and well kept, offering comfortable seating. Coffee and tea service was efficient.

The lobby was well-decorated. It included comfortable seating areas. There was a small gym with a few cardio machines. Wi-Fi access was free and easy to connect to. It maintained a stable connection.

mixed experience with some disappointments

the location was acceptable as a base for exploring.
The room was a letdown. It felt quite worn and not particularly soundproof. i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, disruptive. the lack of proper sound insulation really detracted from any sense of peace.

the staff offered such gentle care i was touched they remembered my name each morning. my classic double or twin room had a canal view i loved i watched boats drift by from my window a peaceful scene i treasure.

i was thrilled the breakfast included a great spread with tasty coffee! also, the staff were super attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local spots near the hotel.
My canal view was slightly obscured. I could only see a sliver of it from my window
